These terms apply to all journeys arranged by Safariholic Adventures. Please read them together with your personal quotation, which sets out the exact services, dates and prices of your journey.
Prices
Prices on this website are per person in US dollars, based on the group size and comfort level shown, and are valid for the dates stated. Final prices are confirmed in your written quotation. Government park fees and taxes may change; any change imposed by authorities will be passed on at cost.
Booking & payment
A booking is confirmed when we receive your deposit and send written confirmation. The deposit amount and balance due date are stated in your quotation.
Cancellation
Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on the policies of the camps and airlines involved. They are set out in your quotation. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
Travel insurance
Travel insurance covering medical expenses, evacuation and cancellation is required for all travellers. Kilimanjaro climbers must be insured for trekking up to 6,000 metres.
Changes
Wildlife, weather and road conditions can require changes to an itinerary. Your guide will always act in the interest of your safety and enjoyment, and we will substitute services of a similar standard where necessary.
